NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports a source close to the Chiefs confirmed Patrick Mahomes’ ankle is “all good” after suffering an injury in Week 3 against the Bears.

Mahomes’ ankled was rolled up on by a defender late in the second quarter of the Chiefs’ win over the Bears, but he returned to play a few more downs before Andy Reid called off the wolves in the third quarter. The injury didn’t look good on video, but Mahomes isn’t one to take plays off if he thinks he can. We’ll see if he pops up on Wednesday’s injury report, but it sounds like he’ll be fine for Week 4 against the Jets.

Olamide Zaccheaus caught 2-of-3 targets for 58 yards in the Eagles’ Week 3 win over the Bucs.

With Quez Watkins sidelined because of a hamstring injury, Zaccheaus, signed in free agency during the offseason, took on the WR3 role for this game. He made the most of his elevated role with a 34-yard touchdown strike from Jalen Hurts late in the second quarter. Like Watkins, Zaccheaus could pop for the occasional big play, but he isn’t on the fantasy radar heading into Week 4.

D. Smith - WR

Devonta Smith caught 4-of-5 targets for 28 yards in the Eagles’ Week 3 win over the Bucs.

Smith entered the game with 11 catches for 178 yards and two scores, but it was all A.J. Brown in this game. Brown racked up 14 targets and his 131 receiving yards were good for nearly half of Jalen Hurts’ passing yards. The Eagles’ game plan is extremely versatile on a week-to-week basis, meaning Smith will sometimes take a backseat to one or multiple of his teammates. That’s no reason to fade him heading into a good matchup with the Commanders in Week 4.

B. Mayfield - QB

Baker Mayfield completed 15-of-25 passes for 146 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in the Bucs’ 25-11, Week 3 loss to the Eagles.

Mayfield and the Bucs entered the week 2-0 on the back of wins over Minnesota and Chicago. Both teams played on Sunday and both teams emerged from the weekend winless on the season, so it was fair to question how real Tampa Bay’s flawless record was. Up against the reigning NFC Champions, Mayfield got exposed by the best defense he has seen this year. Mayfield threw his first interception of the season and took two sacks after taking just one in his first two games as a Buc. He made a valiant effort to keep his team alive with a touchdown-scoring drive in the fourth quarter, but it was too little too late and he never saw the ball again. This is the Mayfield fantasy managers should expect going forward. He will rank as a low-end QB2 for his Week 4 game against the Saints.

M. Evans - WR

Mike Evans caught 5-of-10 targets for 60 yards and a touchdown in the Bucs’ Week 4 loss to the Eagles.

Evans has now scored in all three of his appearances this season. That shouldn’t come as a surprise given how much Baker Mayfield favors him in the red zone. Mayfield targeted him on 3-of-6 pass attempts in the red zone including two targets from the one-yard line. The second goal line target resulted in Evans’ touchdown. Though the Bucs’ passing attack isn’t particularly potent, it revolves around Evans, keeping him in the WR2 conversion for Week 4 against the Saints.

J. Hurts - QB

Jalen Hurts completed 23-of-37 passes for 277 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions in the Eagles’ 25-11, Week 3 win over the Bucs.

Hurts also added 10 carries for 28 yards and a touchdown. Per usual, his rushing score came on a tush-push play. The Bucs did a good job at containing Hurts on the perimeter, forcing him to take short gains on the ground or get rid of the football after extending plays. Though this allowed him to get off 37 pass attempts, it also resulted in a pair of interceptions. A pair of shaky throws aside, Hurts got the job done at the goal line and through the air. He will remain a top-three fantasy quarterback for the Eagles’ Week 4 matchup with the Commanders.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins was escorted to the locker room in the third quarter of Week 3 against the Rams.

The reason for the departure has yet to be disclosed, but Higgins went with the training staff to the locker room in the third quarter of the team’s Week 3 game against the Rams. Further update will come following the game.

A. Brown - WR

A.J. Brown caught 9-of-14 targets for 131 yards in the Eagles’ Week 3 win over the Bucs.

Brown was seen arguing with Jalen Hurts on the sideline during the team’s Week 2 win over the Vikings. Brown caught four balls for 29 yards in that game and was clearly frustrated with his usage. Jalen Hurts ultimately downplayed the incident after the game, but it’s hard to ignore Brown getting 14 targets in his very next game. Coincidence or not, it was a strong return to form for the Eagles’ WR1. Brown did damage downfield and after the catch throughout the night. He remains in the fantasy WR1 ranks heading into Philly’s Week 4 matchup with the Commanders.

D. Swift - RB

D’Andre Swift rushed 16 times for 130 yards in the Eagles’ Week 3 win over the Bucs.

Swift was shut out of the running back rotation in Week 1, seeing just two touches in his Philly debut. Then, with Kenneth Gainwell out of the lineup because of an injury, Swift went for 175 yards on 28 carries in Week 2. The Eagles were expected to ride the hot hand versus the Bucs and that’s exactly what they did. Swift out-carried Gainwell 16-8 until the final drive of the game. Gainwell was used on six low-value attempts to help Philly ice the game. Swift’s big-play abilities have been on full display while running behind one of the best offensive lines in the league. Now operating as the Eagles’ lead back, he will project for RB2 fantasy numbers in Week 4 against the Commanders.
