Jordan Poole recorded a stat line of 21 points (7-of-19 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), three rebounds, three assists, and two 3-pointers in 23 minutes in Friday’s 147-106 loss to the Thunder.
Poole came off the bench for a second straight game, but his performance against the Thunder was an improvement compared to his performance against the Nuggets the night prior. The efficiency remains problematic, as Poole shot below 50% from the field and committed three turnovers, but he was far more effective. Given the Wizards’ desire to get lottery pick Bilal Coulibaly an extended run, Poole may come off the bench for the foreseeable future. Coulibaly played 31 minutes on Friday, finishing with 11 points (4-of-10 FGs, 1-of-3 FTs), five rebounds, two assists, two steals, and two 3-pointers. Coulibaly is worth adding in deep (and some standard) leagues as long as he remains in the starting lineup.
