The veteran linebacker will provide added help to an Eagles defense that was gouged for 456 yards (8.0 yards per play) in Week 13’s loss to the 49ers. Leonard totaled 65 tackles and two TFLs in nine games with the Colts, but looks like a shell of his former self. A back injury suffered in 2021 has slowed the former All-Pro, who will look to bounce back with the Eagles for the remainder of the season.

Kenneth Gainwell rushed two times for five yards in the Eagles’ Week 13 loss to the 49ers, adding five receptions for 42 additional yards.

Swift exited Sunday’s contest with an injury late in the fourth quarter, but Gainwell played ahead of him regardless. Gainwell’s 54 percent snap share marked his most since Week 1, while his 47 yards from scrimmage marked his third-most on the season. A negative game script likely fueled Gainwell’s usage, as he led the Eagles’ backfield with 32 routes run. Swift’s status will be one to watch heading into Week 14 against the Cowboys, but his 11 opportunities on the day were far from what we’ve come to expect from the Eagles’ RB1.

D’Andre Swift rushed six times for 13 yards in the Eagles’ Week 13 loss to the 49ers, adding two receptions for seven additional yards.

It was a bad outing for Swift and the Eagles’ rushing attack, as the running backs managed 20 rushing yards on nine combined touches. Swift’s six rush attempts led the Eagles’ backfield, while his six targets were tied with Kenneth Gainwell. He managed just seven receiving yards on two receptions and was knocked from the game late in the fourth quarter with a hard, albeit legal, hit. He walked off the field under his own power, and nothing was said of it after the game. For now, we’d assume he’s fine and will be ready to go for Week 14 against the Cowboys, but we’ll see what happens when the team’s injury report drops on Wednesday. Assuming he’s healthy, Swift would be a volume-based RB2 in Week 14 against the Cowboys.

DeVonta Smith caught 9-of-11 targets for 96 yards and one touchdown in the Eagles’ Week 13 loss to the 49ers.

Smith hauled in a two-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter and has now found the end zone in back-to-back weeks and four times in his last five games. The Slim Reaper finished second only to A.J. Brown in receiving yards against the 49ers and was responsible for multiple big gains. Smith has caught 22 passes for 301 yards and two touchdowns in his last three games while averaging nine targets per game. He’ll be a fringe WR1/WR2 in Week 14 against the Cowboys.

A.J. Brown caught 8-of-13 targets for 114 yards in the Eagles’ Week 13 loss to the 49ers.

Brown kicked things off with a 38-yard reception on the Eagles’ first possession of the day, which wound up being his longest play of the afternoon. The veteran receiver hauled in several big plays on the day and was involved throughout the game. Brown didn’t find the end zone in this one, but he entered the day with just six receptions for 45 yards over the last two weeks, making Week 13’s outburst an important one. The Eagles’ WR1 led the team in targets and yards, and will be on the WR1 radar in Week 14 when they take on the Cowboys.

Jalen Hurts completed 26-of-45 passes for 298 yards and one touchdown in the Eagles’ 42-19, Week 13 loss to the 49ers, adding 20 additional rushing yards and one touchdown.

Hurts exited in the fourth quarter to be evaluated for a concussion but wound up returning to finish out the game. Despite a solid effort from Hurts and the offense, a few early drives that ended in field goals instead of touchdowns proved to be costly. It still wouldn’t have been enough to overcome a 49ers offensive that averaged 8.0 yards per play, but at least it would’ve looked closer in the box score. Hurts and the Eagles scored their first touchdown of the day on third quarter tush push. Then, with the game well out of reach, Hurts connected with DeVonta Smith for a two-yard touchdown pass. Despite the loss, the Eagles became the first team to clinch a playoff berth. They’ll look to bounce back next week against the Cowboys.

Bleacher Report’s Jordan Schultz reports the Texans are signing S Adrian Amos.

Amos appeared in 11 games with the Jets this season before getting waived prior to Week 13. The Texans now add Amos to a solid safety room that includes Jalen Pitre and Jimmie Ward. DeMeco Ryans’ defense has been humming lately, with three picks in Week 13’s win over the Broncos. Adding Amos, a former Bear and Packer, gives the Texans depth for a playoff push.

Harris popped up on the injury report with a new knee issue on Tuesday. He was not listed with an injury on Monday, but now was listed as not practicing with a Thursday game looming in Week 14. Wednesday’s practice status will provide clarity on Harris’ health for Thursday against the Patriots, but his new knee injury is a situation to monitor. If Harris misses time, Jaylen Warren will receive a major boost for fantasy managers.

Patriots WR DeVante Parker (knee) was limited in Tuesday practice.

Parker was listed as limited for the second straight day with a knee injury. He was the Patriots’ leading receiver in Week 13, though his fantasy ceiling is limited with a somber quarterback situation. Fellow WRs JuJu Smith-Schuster (ankle) and Kayshon Boutte (shoulder) were also limited in Tuesday’s practice. None of the Pats’ pass-catchers are confident fantasy plays against a tough Steelers defense in Week 14.

Patriots WR Demario Douglas (concussion) was a DNP for Tuesday’s practice.

Douglas missed Week 13 with a concussion he suffered in Week 12. With a short week leading up to a Thursday matchup against the Steelers, back-to-back missed practice listings do not bode well for Douglas’ Week 14 status. He leads the Patriots in receiving yards as a rookie and if Douglas cannot play this week, DeVante Parker is slated to be the team’s primary receiver.

The Athletic’s Jeff Howe reports the Jaguars have not ruled out Trevor Lawrence (ankle) for Week 14.

Although it’s unlikely, the Jaguars are holding out hope that Lawrence can give it a go in Week 14. According to Howe, Lawrence will be receiving around the clock treatment to help his high ankle sprain. It would be a miraculous comeback if Lawrence were able to suit up, but fantasy managers shouldn’t get their hopes up just yet. Stay tuned.

NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports the Packers have signed Kenyan Drake to their practice squad.

No word yet on what this means for Aaron Jones’ status, but for now it looks like a depth signing. Drake last played with Ravens until he was released in October of this season. If Aaron Jones misses another game, don’t be shocked to see Drake working behind AJ Dillon.

Dolphins LB Jerome Baker (knee) is week-to-week but will avoid a trip to the IR.

Baker got injured in the second quarter of the Dolphins’ win over the Commanders but was not able to return to the game. Head coach Mike McDaniel said on Tuesday that Baker’s injury will not require surgery and the linebacker is considered week-to-week. Baker has 65 tackles and 1.5 sacks this season, so the Dolphins will look to replace that production in the starting lineup over the next few weeks.

Dolphins OG Robert Hunt (hamstring) is week-to-week and expected to miss Sunday’s game against the Titans.

Hunt was the Dolphins’ second-round pick in the 2020 draft and has graded out as the 5th-best guard in the NFL this season, according to Pro Football Focus. Hunt has been equally adept in both pass blocking and run blocking, so his loss is a notable one. However, the Titans are also likely to be without stud defensive tackle Jeffrey Simmons, so Hunt’s injury might not impact the Dolphins much in Week 14, but they’ll hope he can come back soon.
