Alarm Sports Network ("ASN") operates, and FantasyAlarm.com owns the Internet website located at www.FantasyAlarm.com (the "FA website" or the "Site"). ASN has implemented those Principles in this Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and share identifiable personal information ("INFO"-- your full name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, or credit card number) we obtain from users of our Site. By signing up for an account on the FA website, you agree that ASN is not liable for any defects, lost profits, or any damages that may result from defects of any kind. Additionally, you agree that you are the sole owner of the email address from which you are registering. You agree that by registering with ASN, you may receive messages from ASNfor third-party products and complimentary services. We will not provide your email address or information to anyone.  CANCELLATION POLICIES

Subscription Products

All subscription products you have purchased on the FA website can be canceled at any time. Playbook Pro customers are responsible for monthly payments until canceling their account. Customers can easily cancel after Log in. If you are logged in on a desktop or laptop, go to the FA website homepage, click on Manage Account and then Manage Playbook. If you are on your phone or other mobile devices, make sure you are logged in and click on Manage My Playbook Subscription. If you are not sure how to do anything on our Site, including cancellation of a subscription product or service, we have customer service on call for you at support@fantasyalarm.com. Upon cancellation, the account will remain active for 30 days from your last payment date. ASN makes it simple to cancel any subscription.

Content Products & Services

All products and services provided on the FA website are created with our best efforts for quality and timeliness. ASN sells content products and access to experts on the FA website. ASN believes that our products have high value but will, on a case-by-case basis, determine whether a refund is appropriate for users who request a refund.

Our refund policy is to refund any reoccurring payment charge within 30 days of such payment. If a customer forgets to cancel a trial period, we are happy to refund any amount that has occurred in the past 30 days. We will not refund charges beyond 30 days unless the customer can provide proof of cancellation or that they were not responsible for the payment. To request a refund, please write to support@fantasyalarm.com. Draft Guides, Cheat Sheets, and Lifetime Memberships are one-time purchases and are non-refundable.

FREE Products & Services

All products and services provided on the FA website are created with our best efforts for quality and timeliness. ASN has FREE products Forums where ASN requires a registered account to save information on your behalf to make the products better for you and the community. If for some reason, you do not wish to be in our community any longer, you may request to have yourself removed from our system by writing to support@fantasyalarm.com. We will remove you immediately.

Using Promotional Codes for Discounts

ASN offers promotional codes (promo codes) for discounted purchases or membership plans. These promo codes MUST be input AFTER the user creates a new account or logs in to an existing account. It is the users' responsibility to press the APPLY button and be sure that the promo code has registered for the discounted purchase or subscription. Collection of INFO by ASN.

General. When ASN collects INFO from you, you are voluntarily submitting the INFO to us to register for the FA website. FA may also collect INFO from you if you choose to participate in ASN's activities like sweepstakes, contests, games, and surveys, or because you want us to furnish you with products, services, newsletters, or information or in connection with content or suggestions you submit to ASN for review.
