Evan Engram caught 10-of-13 targets for 79 yards and a touchdown in the Jaguars’ Week 18 loss to the Titans.

Engram came up three catches short of setting the record for receptions by a tight end in a season. He finished the year with 114 catches for 963 yards and four touchdowns. Engram set career highs in catches and yards one year after doing the exact same thing. The Jags locked Engram up on a three-year contract in the offseason and were rewarded with the best season of Engram’s career. He served as a safety valve for Trevor Lawrence throughout the year and stepped up as the team’s de facto WR1 after Christian Kirk went down with a groin injury in Week 13. Engram’s upside doesn’t match that of the truly elite tight ends, but he has one of the highest season-long floors by both catches and yards in the NFL. He will rank as a mid-range TE1 when fantasy drafts get underway in the summer. Jan 07 5:09 pm (EST)
