Gabe Vincent finished Wednesday's 109-94 loss to Denver with seven points (2-of-10 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), two steals, and one 3-pointer in 32 minutes.

After shining in the first two games of the NBA Finals, scoring 42 points on 15-of-26 shooting from the field, Vincent crashed back to earth in Game 3. The seven points are the fewest he's scored in a game since Game 5 of the Heat's second-round series with the Knicks when Vincent put up six on 3-of-10 shooting in a nine-point loss. With Miami still unsure if Tyler Herro (hand) will be healthy enough to play, they can ill afford off nights from secondary scorers like Vincent and Max Strus (3/4/5/1/1 with one 3-pointer in 24 minutes). The Heat will look to bounce back in Game 4 on Friday.

B. Adebayo - C

Bam Adebayo shot 7-of-21 from the field and 8-of-10 from the foul line in Wednesday's 109-94 loss to Denver, scoring 22 points with 17 rebounds, three assists, and one blocked shot in 41 minutes.

Like many of his teammates, Adebayo had a tough time scoring around the basket in Game 3. The big man shot 5-of-15 in the paint, and as a team, the Heat converted just 17 of their 46 attempts. The good news for DFS players is that Adebayo made up for the poor shooting by getting to the foul line at a solid clip while grabbing a team-high 17 rebounds (the other Heat players combined for 16 boards). Adebayo's taking on a brutal matchup in the form of Nikola Jokic, but he has scored 21 points or more in each of the series' first three games. Efficiency wasn't an issue in the first two games, so we should see a better Adebayo in Game 4 on Friday. Whether that will be enough to beat the Nuggets remains to be seen.

Jimmy Butler logged 40 minutes in Wednesday's 109-94 loss to Denver, recording a line of 28 points (11-of-24 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), two rebounds, four assists, one block, and one 3-pointer.

Miami had a brutal night on the offensive end of the floor, making just 37.0% of its attempts from the field while also going 11-of-35 from three. And things were especially bad in the paint, with the Heat converting just 17 of their 46 attempts. Butler shot a shade under 50% from the field but was essentially the only Heat player who could generate consistent offense in the Game 3 defeat. His point total has increased in each of the series' first three games, so Butler could be in for a big Game 4 on Friday. And the Heat may need a special performance from their star in order to even the series at two games apiece.

Christian Braun made the most of his 19 minutes in Wednesday's Game 3 win over Miami, shooting 7-of-8 from the field and finishing with 15 points, four rebounds, one assist, and one steal.

After scoring six points and playing 23 minutes total in the first two games of the NBA Finals, Braun stepped up in a big way Wednesday night. The 15 points are the most he's scored in a game since April 6, when the rookie matched that number in a regular season loss to the Suns. And that was a game in which Denver rested its entire starting five, with Braun playing 33 minutes. Having a night like this on the NBA Finals stage is a far bigger deal, especially with this being Braun's first double-digit scoring effort of the postseason. The rookie isn't offering much as a perimeter shooter, but his athleticism was a factor on both ends of the floor in Game 3. Braun will look to do more of the same in Game 4 on Friday.

Jamal Murray finished Wednesday's 109-94 win over Miami with a line of 34 points (12-of-22 FGs, 7-of-8 FTs), 10 rebounds, 10 assists, one steal, and three 3-pointers in 45 minutes.

While he did turn the ball over seven times in Denver's Game 3 victory, Murray bounced back as a scorer thanks to a more aggressive approach. After attempting three free throws total in the series' first two games, he had eight in Game 3. Add in a 12-of-22 night from the field, and the end result was Murray's first 30-point game since Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals. The triple-double was Jamal's first of these playoffs, and he's dished out 10 assists in each of the first three games of this series. Prop bettors would be wise to look out for Murray's assist number ahead of Game 4 on Friday, as the "over" could prove profitable.

Nikola Jokic shot 12-of-21 from the field and 7-of-8 from the foul line in Wednesday's 109-94 win over Miami, accumulating 32 points, 21 rebounds, 10 assists, two blocks, and one 3-pointer in 44 minutes.

Jokic may have tried to downplay his night in the postgame interview, but his excellence in Game 3 cannot be denied. The two-time MVP became the first player in NBA Finals history to record a line with at least 30 points, 20 rebounds, and 10 assists. Also, he's responsible for three of the five 30/20/10 lines in NBA postseason history (Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar). Regardless of what Miami tries defensively, Jokic is going to get his numbers. And when he gets the help that he received from Jamal Murray in Game 3, the Nuggets are nearly impossible to beat. Game 4 is scheduled for Friday night, with Denver looking to take a 3-1 series lead.

Tyler Herro (fractured right hand) will go through another full contact workout on Thursday, but he still hasn't been cleared to play in games yet, according to Erik Spoelstra.

Herro has already been ruled out for Game 3, but this workout should be a big determining factor for his availability on Friday for Game 4 of this series. Herro was reportedly still dealing with soreness in his hand as recently as two days ago. We'll see if it's all smoke to mess with Denver's gameplan, or if Herro actually will be able to return during this series.
