How do I cancel?

We are sorry to hear that you are leaving us. Some things that may help you in a decision to stay with us are listed below.

  1. Strong Community – We want you to feel like you belong at FantasyAlarm.com. We have deep analysis offerings for members only plus over 30 tools across eight sports including a lineup optimizer that works for seven different daily fantasy sites. We also are coming out with personalization for the seasonal player plus have a staff of 20+ analysts that are available to help you in our premium on live streams and in private chats on gamedays.

  2. Lock in Your Rate - Our payment provider requires that we cannot restart your account at the same lower price that you currently have. Should our pricing change to a higher rate, that will be your price when you re-subscribe.

  3. Keep Rewards - FANation membership rewards are only awarded to members with active subscriptions. It must start over if you decide to return which could lose you valuable access to draft guides and/or rankings, premium experiences, special discounts and free merchandise.

We understand that you may only be a fantasy player for one sport like NFL or MLB. That is why to keep your membership on ice, the best thing to do is to SUSPEND your membership by visiting the Manage Subscriptions Page and selecting the SUSPEND button for the product that you wish to cancel. Then you can choose a restart date for your membership or RESUME anytime.

If after knowing about all this flexibility and control, if you still want to cancel, there is a CANCEL button under Manage My Playbook Subscription after Login that you can use to cancel your subscription.

Can I receive a refund?

Of course. We have a money back guarantee and want to make sure that everyone in FANation feels like they belong. Fantasy Alarm provides refunds for up to 30 days recurring monthly payments. We provide refunds for customers that are not satisfied with any draft guide or tools purchase. We believe in the quality of the benefits of our membership and want every member of #FANation happy.

You can also reach out directly to those who work with FANation on Twitter or other social platforms as our motto is to answer every question. On gamedays for football and daily for the upcoming MLB season, we will have chats and live streaming to make sure you have a place that you belong and can ask questions without feeling like you are putting anyone out. Why is my promo code not working?

The most common reason for this is that you need to be logged in to Fantasy Alarm for promo codes to work. Make sure you log in and see your name at the top of the home page. Also please do not forget to hit the apply button after entering the promo code. You will see the price adjust after you hit apply.

If the promo code still is not working, it could be a couple of things: (1) the promo code could have expired; (2) the promo code could be specific to a different product. Many times, we will have a promo code for 50% off product X. That promo code can only be used in the checkout cart for product X.

I am having trouble finding something on our site.

On our homepage there is several menu options to help you find where you are going. If you cannot find what you are looking for use the search icon in the top right.

How do I activate a suspended account?

Thank you for wanting to come back. The easiest way to restart your FANation Membership is to login with your email and password. If you cannot remember your password, please go to https://www.fantasyalarm.com/forgot to recover it.

Then click on the Account button on the top right of our homepage. Then select Manage Subscription. You will then see the status of your membership as Suspended with a button that says RESUME. Click that and your membership will restart, and you can continue learning, playing and winning fantasy sports.

How do I update my payment information?

The easiest way to update your payment information is to login with your email and password. If you cannot remember your password, please go to https://www.fantasyalarm.com/forgot to recover it.

Thank click on the Account button on the top right of our homepage. Then select Manage Subscription. Then click on the Update Payment Information on your subscription.

How can I be taken off the marketing list?

At Fantasy Alarm, we send things to you that we think you will be interested in. These are not direct ad buys from Walmart. They are all fantasy sports things and newsletters about what is happening at Fantasy Alarm. We do not recommend that you remove yourself from these lists, but if you want to, there is an UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of each email that allows you to take yourself off our lists.

When do the Optimal Lineups come out?

We process all the information that we possibly can so that we can have Optimal Lineups that we are playing in contests on a given night. Therefore, Optimal lineups are released after all injury and lineup information is out. For each sport, it is different as to when the lineups will come out. Generally, for NBA, the Optimal Lineups come out the latest as the team decisions on lineups are critical to the fantasy basketball lineups that we play. This means that they can be released as late as 20 minutes before lineup lock. Our homepage cover story will have them as soon as they launch.

In other daily sports like MLB and NHL, they are available at least an hour before lineup lock and sometimes initial lineups many hours before. For weekly sports like NFL, they are available about three hours prior to lineup lock.

ALL LINEUPS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON CHANGES AND YOU SHOULD REVISIT RIGHT BEFORE THE GAMES START TO BE SURE.

When is the Ownership Forecaster released?

For daily sports like NBA and MLB, the Ownership Report is published a couple of hours before the lock of the Main Slate. It is then update constantly until about 10 minutes before contests closed. For NFL, a preliminary report is delivered on Wednesday. The much more accurate report is delivered on Friday afternoons between 4pm and 6pm ET. Then, the report has a final update on Sunday mornings. There is an Last Update date/time in the top of the page to let you know when it was last updated.

It is important to note that only the games within the main slate will be used in the Ownership Forecaster since its purpose is to assess ownership for large tournaments on FanDuel and DraftKings.
