Friday night’s four-game WNBA DFS slate may be the most challenging one of the season. Outside of Tina Charles’s absence, there don’t appear to be many obvious value plays on the DraftKings or FanDuel slates when building WNBA DFS lineups. Most of the top players are volatile and many of the safe options lack upside for your daily fantasy lineups. Be sure to pay close attention to the WNBA starting lineups, especially for the late games. Let’s now dive into our WNBA DFS top picks for Friday, June 3rd. The slate gets started at 7 pm ET.

WNBA DFS Playbook Top Guards

Courtney WilliamsCONPHO740021.75610021.08
I don't really understand why Williams is so cheap. She has at least 24 fantasy points in four straight games and while her ceiling may not be super high, Phoenix is last in fantasy points allowed to guards.
Jewell LoydSEADAL980029.75740028.73
Loyd is always a better value on FD but I really like her on both sites with Sue Bird out again. She has topped 32 fantasy points in four of her eight games this season including both games Bird missed.
Marina MabreyDALSEA840026.78580024.63
I keep expecting her to turn into a pumpkin, but her production is consistent with what she'd done since joining Dallas in 2020. In nine games this season she has topped 30 FD fantasy points four times and topped 20 fantasy points three more times. She looks like a very nice value on FanDuel.
Kahleah CopperCHIATL670021.19590020.08
Maybe she'll never be as good as she was in last year's playoffs, but she doesn't really need to be to justify this price. I like her for both sites but she is a better value on DK.
Gabby WilliamsSEADAL770018.97450020.36
Williams is the cheapest guard I trust on FanDuel. She has scored at least 19 FD fantasy points in four straight games and played at least 29 minutes in both games with Sue Bird out. Williams scored 41.3 FD fantasy points two games ago and nobody else at her price has that kind of upside.
Kaela DavisSEADAL42009.8834009.55
Davis played 18 minutes and scored 18 fantasy points Sunday. Those numbers were helped by the fact the game was a blowout but no one woulud be shocked if Seattle wins big again. Davis is risky but it is a calculated risk at her price.

WNBA DFS Playbook Top Forwards

Teaira McCowanDALSEA41007.5338006.78
McCowan got the start Tuesday but still played just 14 minutes. She is obviously risky but her upside is immense if she starts again and actually plays starters' minutes.
Megan GustafsonPHOCON39009.1139008.83
Gustafson has served as Tina Charles's primary backup of late and with Charles ruled out Friday due to a shoulder injury, Gustafson could be a great value. I will feel better about her if she starts but she should get more minutes and touches even off the bench.
Breanna StewartSEADAL1150041.79900043.17
The good thing about Stewart playing in the late game is that if we get some surprise starters early, you might be able to save some money and pivot to Stewart late. She has topped 40 fantasy points in three straight games, with at least 48 fantasy points in both games Sue Bird missed. Stewart looks like the best fantasy play on the slate but affording her could be a challenge.
Alyssa ThomasCONPHO1030036.9850036.43
Thomas has been the safest Sun player in terms of minutes, and I think Phoenix will struggle to match up with her with Tina Charles out.
Satou SaballyDALSEA730020.5570019.42
I was disappointed to see Sabally only play 22 minutes Tuesday but she did top 25 fantasy points for the second consecutive game. I think she is safer than most of the forwards in her price range and we have seen in previous seasons that she can explode for big fantasy games.
Diamond DeShieldsPHOCON800026.66620026.36
I think DeShields is a bit risky with Shey Peddy back but Phoenix needs her athleticism and willingness to take shots, especially with Tina Charles out. She has at least 28 fantasy points in three straight games.
