NFL Week 3 is here and it’s time to get those Pick ‘Em Confidence Pool pick in. It starts with Thursday Night Football where we’ve got the New York Giants coming off a huge comeback victory against Arizona heading up to San Francisco to take on Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey and the rest of the 49ers. Unfortunately for the Giants, they’ll be playing without Saquon Barkley who is out with a sprained ankle. And that is going to be a steady theme throughout the week as the NFL Injury Report is littered with big names missing time. Can the Cleveland Browns win without Nick Chubb? Will Aaron Jones suit up for the Green Bay Packers? Will Joe Burrow start for the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday Night Football? We roll with the punches each and every NFL season, but picking games always gets more difficult when some of the top superstars are out. Still, we got this! 

 

 

In an effort to help you with your pools, I will provide you with my picks each week. In addition to full game breakdowns I do for my own research, I will also use money lines which at least show you how Vegas and the books are leaning. Sometimes the lines offer you a clear-cut decision, but you also need to explore some of the intangibles of each match-up and maybe have more of a gut-feel as to what may happen in a particular game. That’s where ranking your predictions becomes so important.
