Anzalone sustained a hand injury on Thanksgiving against the Packers and did not practice this week. The struggling Detroit defense will have to get along without the starting linebacker for at least one week.

Forbes will remain sidelined with an elbow injury. He did not practice this week. Washington’s secondary is as vulnerable as any in the league right now.

CB Damarri Mathis was the only player listed as questionable this week for the Broncos, but he is now set to play against the Texans. On both sides of the ball, the 6-5 Broncos are rolling healthy and ready to compete for a playoff spot against the 6-5 Texans.

Achane’s workload is anyone’s guess after he aggravated a lingering knee issue two weeks ago. Raheem Mostert should remain Miami’s lead back. Both RBs have an excellent matchup against the down-bad Commanders defense. Dolphins declared QB Skylar Thompson, S Jevon Holland, WR Robbie Chosen, CB Eli Apple, OL Robert Jones, and TE Tyler Kroft inactive against Washington.

Steelers S Minkah Fitzpatrick (hamstring) is active for Week 13 against the Cardinals.

It’s a nice boost for the Steelers against the Cardinals’ struggling passing game. Of course, Fitzpatrick could be at risk of re-injury just seven days out from first tweaking his hammy. Inactive for the Steelers are QB Mason Rudolph, CB Darius Rush, RB Anthony McFarland, LB Blake Martinez, DT Montravius Adams and OT Dylan Cook.

Elliott’s “injury” seems to be pure Patriots tedium, the kind that is cuter when you’re 9-2 instead of 2-9. He can be “trusted” in his usual low-end FLEX role. Inactive for the Pats are CB Alex Austin, RB Jamycal Hasty, OT Vederian Lowe, DE Deatrich Wise, WR Demario Douglas and WR Kayshon Boutte.

Breece Hall (hamstring) is active for Week 13 against the Falcons.

As expected, Hall is good to go after being listed as questionable on Friday. The Jets’ struggles on offense have kept Hall out of the end zone in most games this year, but he is up to five catches per game over his last five appearances. Hall’s role as a pass-catcher will keep him on the RB1 periphery for Week 13. Inactive for the Jets are WR Randall Cobb, OT Billy Turner, OL Austin Deculus, LB Zaire Barnes, DE Carl Lawson, CB Bryce Hall, and QB Zach Wilson.
